Apr 11, Man Tattoos Last Wishes on Arm

A US army veteran and cancer survivor has gotten his last wishes tattooed on his arm. The tattoos on his right arm are clear instructions to the funeral home where he has a prepaid cremation.

According to the man it is...

...a recipe for cremation.

The Funeral Home and Crematorium manager at first thought Parsons was joking several weeks ago when he said he was going to have his final wishes tattooed on his arm and never actually thought he would go through with it.

The man who survived a cancer in 1999 and still deals with injuries said not everyone understands his attitude about life and death.

I'm not afraid of death. I'm afraid of life and not being able to take care of myself.

Apr 11, Hipster Priest Cool With Tattoos

A 58 year old man recently marked Easter Sunday by getting his first ever tattoo which was a black cross tattooed on his right biceps during the morning service at CrossLink Community Church in Grove City. Whilst being tattooed he said:

I thought it would be a good symbol of what Christ has done for me and for everyone

He sat at the front of the church, a look of peace and serenity on his face, while a licensed tattoo artist delicately applied a small drill to his arm, inking the cross onto his skin.

Nathan Feathers, 26, who is a pastor at the CrossLink church in Grandview said:

We want to speak the language of the culture. Our culture speaks in tattoos. That's a great way to speak about God.
